Open your client portal - https://portal.dotwall.co.uk/
From the top menu, choose 'Support'.
Now click 'OPEN TICKET'. See screenshot below.

Please fill in the boxes. Including:
- Subject: What is it you're requesting
- Project: Select the appropriate project
- Department: Tell us whether it's Accounts, Web Design or Web Hosting / Care
- Priority
- High - As fast as possible (allowing 2 working days)
- Medium - 2-3 working days
- Low - 3-4 working days
- Ticket body: tell us in more detail what your request entails
- Ensure to provide us with a website URL if you're referring to a specific page on your website
- Ensure to upload a screenshot if required via the attachments at the bottom of the page
- Please be as detailed as you can, this helps when we action your request.
