How to raise a support request

PLEASE: Always submit a ticket for any support/content/design requests. Emailing will slow the process down.

Open your client portal - https://portal.dotwall.co.uk/

From the top menu, choose 'Support'.

Now click 'OPEN TICKET'. See screenshot below.

Please fill in the boxes. Including:

  • Subject: What is it you're requesting
  • Project: Select the appropriate project
  • Department: Tell us whether it's Accounts, Web Design or Web Hosting / Care
  • Priority
    • High - As fast as possible (allowing 2 working days)
    • Medium - 2-3 working days
    • Low - 3-4 working days
  • Ticket body: tell us in more detail what your request entails
    • Ensure to provide us with a website URL if you're referring to a specific page on your website
    • Ensure to upload a screenshot if required via the attachments at the bottom of the page
    • Please be as detailed as you can, this helps when we action your request.
